Winner Selection & Notification:
Before the 10th of the month that follows the month in the Contest Period in Toronto, a random draw will be made by Lane for one (1) prize from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The potential prize winner will be contacted by telephone or email before the 15th of each month that follows each month in the Contest Period. The selected entrant must respond to the email or call within a specified time frame (as stated in the email or voicemail message). If the selected entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified time period, Lane reserves the right to select another potential winner.
In order to be declared the winner of the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question and may be required to complete a form releasing Lane and its related parties and confirming compliance with the contest rules. The skill-testing question will be administered by email at a mutually agreeable time. If the selected entrant does not answer the skill-testing question correctly or otherwise does not comply with these contest rules, the prize will be awarded to the next selected eligible entrant who can be contacted and correctly answers the skill-testing question.
